Arbab has extensive experience in financial services where he advises finance leaders on building future‑fit finance functions. His focus is always to align capital to long‑term value. Arbab argues that sustainability is a precondition for value creation—not merely compliance—that leaders must set the race in the energy trilemma, and that finance leaders should fuse metrics with decision‑making to drive competitive advantage.
He is a state‑authorized public accountant, who previously worked as an auditor at EY.
