With over 25 years of experience in external auditing and corporate leadership, Bente has built a distinguished career at the intersection of finance, governance, and sustainability. A former Partner at Deloitte (2006–2012), she transitioned to Gjensidige in 2012, initially serving as Group Auditor before taking on the role of HR Director (2016–2019). Since 2019, she has held the position of Chief of Sustainability (COS), driving strategic initiatives and organizational development. Bente brings deep expertise in financial and sustainability reporting, including setting and monitoring ESG goals and compliance.
