Nordic Climate Finance Summit

Caroline is the Director of Engagement at the Climate Bonds Initiative in London, where she oversees the content and outreach of six teams. She previously spent seven years directing major research projects, including pioneering work on Green Bond Pricing in the Primary Market and coining the term “greenium.”

Before joining Climate Bonds, Caroline worked in ESG research for two years and spent a decade at two American investment banks specialising in fixed income research as well as index design, calculation, and construction. Her career blends deep technical expertise with leadership across sustainable finance and capital markets.
