
Cecilia Flatum is the CEO of Deloitte Norway and one of the country’s most prominent leadership voices. She has been a key part of Deloitte for more than 20 years and became the firm’s first female partner in Consulting in 2011.
Before taking on the CEO role in June 2025, she led Deloitte’s largest business area, Consulting, and served as the Nordic People and Purpose leader.
Cecilia’s core experience lies in transformational and resilient leadership, strategy, and DE&I. Being a leader, a twin mother and having an active lifestyle, Cecilia is known for having a high focus on working strategically and smart. Throughout her career, she has guided large organizations through complex transformations and organizational change, always with a focus on empowering people and building inclusive cultures.
Diversity & Inclusion have been central to her agenda for more than two decades, and in 2022 she won the ODA Woman Award for her long-standing commitment for gender equality and inclusive leadership.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Cecilia has held several board positions in the sports industry, nationally and internationally. Her deep engagement in both business and sports reflects her passion for developing people and organizations to reach their full potential.
She holds a master’s degree in economics and business administration from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland. Her personal purpose is to empower people to make courageous choices for a better future.
