I am an entrepreneur and investor focused on building and scaling profitable, high-impact businesses that help people live well in a changing world. My purpose is simple: to be positively impactful with people—whether that’s by helping founders navigate challenges, supporting teams in scaling, or investing in businesses that create real value.

With a background in finance, venture building, and commercial strategy, I’ve spent my career working with founders, investors, and leadership teams to turn ideas into successful, scalable businesses. I believe in building strong teams, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring companies are positioned for long-term success.

When I meet new people—whether founders, investors, or operators—I don’t want to spend much time on presentations. I prefer to jump straight into collaborating, problem-solving, and tackling real challenges. I believe open, honest feedback is the best way for both of us to learn, adapt, and move forward. My goal is to have conversations that create real value from the start, whether that means stress-testing an idea, identifying blind spots, or uncovering new opportunities together.

Previously, I was a leader in McKinsey’s Green Business Building practice, helping startups and corporations scale new ventures. Before that, I co-founded a startup accelerator and built multiple businesses from the ground up. Today, I work with high-potential founders, investing in and supporting early-stage businesses that have strong economic fundamentals and clear demand. I also connect with investors and operators who share a vision for building impactful, resilient companies.
