Hallgeir is an entrepreneur and innovation leader with 20 years of experience taking ideas from concept to market. He has founded and scaled several ventures with international success—including the hip-hop magazine Kingsize, a global shopping guide app, and a digital agency that became New York Digital Labs, working with clients like Nike, Nars, Avinor, and C More. At Reodor, he leads corporate innovation projects with a strong focus on the energy sector, working with many of Norway’s leading energy and energy supplier companies such as Å Energi, Fortum, and Flextools, as well as organizations like Storebrand to develop new products and business models. His expertise spans strategy, business modeling, user and market insights, and driving innovation processes, and he is a recognized speaker at Y Conference, Oslo Innovation Week, and Shifter.
