Ingvill Tollman Fosse is head of sustainable finance, Debt Capital Markets Norway, at Handelsbanken, where she focuses on debt capital markets and financing aligned with climate goals. With over a decade of experience across finance, consulting, and the public sector, Ingvill combines a strong legal foundation as a trained lawyer with deep expertise in ESG strategy and regulatory frameworks.

Prior to her role in banking, she has led sustainability advisory at Sopra Steria, and held senior legal and policy roles in both private law firms and the Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry.
