Lloyd D. Le Page is a global agri-food, natural-capital and investment executive with more than 35 years of experience at the intersection of private capital, development finance and science-based innovation across Africa, Latin America, Europe and the United States. He is Founder and Chairman of Sarnian Group, a US-based holding and development company that structures, capitalizes and scales high-impact ventures across agrifood, climate and natural capital.
He is co-founder and co-chair of Regenera Natural Capital, a joint venture between Sarnian Group and Sweden's Fellow Future AB. Established in Gothenburg in 2026, Regenera originates, structures, verifies and finances natural-capital and regenerative value-chain assets into institutional-grade, investable portfolios across Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa - spanning high-integrity forestry and regenerative territories in Chilean Patagonia, circular, EUDR-native agri-value chains in Africa, and blue-carbon mangrove restoration in Gabon. Regenera combines Sarnian's capital structuring, operator-grade diligence and offtake network with Fellow Future's digital traceability and impact intelligence, and is built to IFC Performance Standards, EU SFDR Article 9, EUDR and TNFD - turning verified nature outcomes into finance that Nordic, European and development-finance capital can underwrite.
Earlier in his career, Lloyd served as Chief Executive of the CGIAR Consortium - the world's largest agricultural-research network, CEO of Heartland Global, Inc., Senior Investment and Industry Advisor to the IFC (World Bank Group), and in senior leadership roles at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and as corporate leader in DuPont Pioneer, now Corteva.
