Since co-founding Doconomy in 2018 he has steered the company from an award-winning creative project—the Åland Index initiative—to a globally recognized impact-tech leader. Under his leadership, Doconomy has established strategic partnerships with major global organizations such as the UNFCCC, Mastercard, S&P, BCG, Consumers International and WWF, empowering financial institutions to drive financial literacy and sustainable consumer behaviour.In recognition of his global leadership, Mathias was named a Yale World Fellow, joining a network of changemakers selected by Yale University for their exceptional capacity to create positive impact worldwide.
