Per is the Head of Capital Market Services and Director at Deloitte Norway, Oslo office. He brings over 27 years of extensive experience in capital markets and financial reporting, having played key roles in IPO advisory, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
Per’s career started with serving as CAO of Frontline Ltd during its listing on Oslo Børs in 1997, and later advising numerous companies on IPOs both at Oslo Børs and within leading audit firms. Since joining Deloitte in 2022, he has leveraged his expertise in securities regulations, prospectus rules, and share issues to support clients navigating complex capital market transactions.
Throughout his professional career, Per has been involved in the majority of IPOs and listings on Oslo Børs, establishing himself as a trusted advisor in the Nordic capital markets. He is also an accomplished author, having published several publications and articles on topics such as listing on Oslo Stock Exchange, bond issuance in the Nordic market, private equity placements, and financial restructuring.
