Teresa Landaverde is a strategic climate leader with over nine years of experience in hard-to-abate industries and more than six years in ESG and corporate decarbonization strategy. At Heidelberg Materials AG, she leads global CO₂ roadmap toward 2030/2050, managing Scope 1–3 emissions planning, and ensuring compliance with international frameworks such as the GHG Protocol, SBTi, and EU ETS. Her expertise spans carbon markets, policy advocacy, and industry-level collaborations. She represents Heidelberg in global associations such as the Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA), WBCSD, and CEMBUREAU, where she contributes to climate policy, carbon accounting standards, and decarbonization roadmaps. Teresa holds an LL.M. in Comparative and Business Law, as well as a Law degree.
