
Tina Min is the Founding Partner of SDG Impact Partners and CEO of ImpactPhilan, specialising in sustainable finance, impact investing, blended finance and catalytic philanthropy. She is a phenomenal Nordic leadership voice shaping how philanthropy and investment can work together to mobilise greater commercial and institutional capital and accelerate scalable impact today. With her role heading the Nordic Partnerships for the Europe-Asia Economic Summit in Davos, she is also the force shaping cross-border collaborations that accelerate technology, sustainable innovation, policy alignment and capital flows, convening dialogue among governments, key agencies, investors, family offices and innovators.
With over 20 years of leadership across Europe, Asia, North America and the Nordics, she previously chaired Sustainable Finance Investment Fund discussions for the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre, and held senior roles including heading ESG for Trading and International Chief Risk Officer at Nordea, as well as heading credit and liquidity risk at Chicago Mercantile Exchange in London.
Tina Min is known for her cross-cultural female leadership and systems thinking. She studied at Imperial College London, University of Cambridge and Columbia University, and hold CFA in Sustainable Investing. Tina also co-chairs the EU-wide Sustainable Finance community at Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and serves as academic assessor for both the University of Cambridge and Copenhagen Business School.
